Overview

Casa Nicola a spacious three bedroomed villa with wonderful panoramic views situated on the Franqueira Ridge, approximately 10 minutes drive from the historic town of Silves. The coast is 20 - 25 minutes drive from the villa. The coastal resort of Carvoeiro is approximately 20 minutes by car where there are sporting facilities and good beaches.

Faro Airport is 40 minutes drive.

There are many restaurants, bars and a variety of interesting shops in Silves. The castle, museum and cathedral are well worth a visit during your stay.

The villa offers wireless broadband internet connection and the television has been upgraded to a 32LCD HD ready unit from LG.

Casa Nicola is suitable for up to six people plus cot (cots and high chairs may be hired in) and offers the following accommodation:

Lower floor:

Fully fitted modern kitchen

Dining room with arch leading to lounge area with fireplace -satellite TV, DVD and CD player. French windows leading to the steps to the terrace and pool.

Hall leading to twin bedded room and adjoining shower room and toilet. French windows to steps to the terrace and pool.

Upper floor:

Master double bedroom with en suite bathroom and French windows leading to a private balcony.

Twin bedded room. This room with en suite bathroom and French windows also leading to a private balcony.

Villa cleaning

Linen and towels are provided.

The villa has a safe.

Cot and high chair can be hired.

The heated swimming pool (9m x 5m) has a small separate paddling area for children at the shallow end.

The villa is walled at the front and fenced around. There are outside lights, barbecue and leisure furniture provided.
There is a very pleasant covered area for outside dining.

Wherever possible we offer flexible changeover days for Casa Nicola except during July and August which is a Saturday only.


Pool heating is included from April - October

A welcome pack is provided.

Nearby places of interest include Silves, an historic town with an archaeological museum in the castle, which dates from the 12th century. There are many restaurants and bars in Silves and the tiled square with fountain is attractively lit at night.
The local restaurants nearer to the house are less expensive than at main resorts. The coastal resort of Carvoeiro is approximately 20 minutes by car where there are sporting facilities and good beaches. Casa Nicola is situated on the Franqueira Ridge.
