Overview

A lovely countryside area within a 10 minute car journey from the town of Silves is the setting for Casa Jeremias, a modern three bedroomed villa. The villa has magnificent views of the Silves valley area, much of which is devoted to citrus groves. The property has a private swimming pool of approx. 11m x 5m (depth 1.3 - 2m) with graduating steps for ease of access. There are terraced areas and a barbecue, an outside cloakroom with w.c. and hand basin. The garden is set mainly with shrubs and offers a high degree of privacy. The property is situated on a hillside and therefore may not be suitable for very young children.

The villa is well furnished and equipped throughout and the accommodation comprises:

Sitting room/dining room with patio windows onto the pool terrace. Fireplace with log burning stove. Satellite TV and Portuguese stations (4 channels), stereo/CD and radio.

Casa Jeremias is well situated for a variety of amenities and places of interest. The golf courses and tennis centre at Carvoeiro are only approx. 20 minutes by car. The area is renowned for its pleasant coves and beaches and spectacular rock formations. For children, Zoo marine and the Water Amusement Parks are enjoyable to visit. The nearby town of Silves has a variety of shops, and old cathedral and a XII century castle. The town has a wide choice of restaurants and offers visitors the opportunity to experience the true atmosphere of an historic Algarvian town. Further inland the road to Monchique reveals some incredible panoramic views to the South West.
