Overview

CASA DA AVO is a modern villa designed in a traditional Portuguese style. The villa has 3 bedrooms and is situated in the Odelouca valley area which has excellent views of the surrounding countryside. This rural setting is ideal for visitors who prefer a quiet but not isolated location in which to spend their holiday. Casa da Avo is only 14 kms from historic Silves. which has a castle, museum, cathedral, shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. The coastal towns of Portimao and Lagos are within easy reach. Interesting boat rides are available. Good beaches and coves are within 30 minutes drive from the villa.

The interior comprises:-
Kitchen with gas oven and hob, fridge /freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Sitting room/dining area furnished in a light and bright rustic style. Cable TV, Portuguese channels, includes CNN, cartoons, Sky and some films. There is a CD player.
Twin bedded room.
Further twin bedded room.
A full bathroom with a bath, shower over the bath, hand basin, toilet and bidet.
A double bedded room en suite (with shower room).

Maid service is twice weekly.
All household linen and towels are provided.
Welcome pack provided.
Car essential.
There is a garden area with a lawn around the pool and terracing. A portable barbecue is provided and there is ample leisure furniture. The 8.5m x 4.5m swimming pool has graduated steps and is 1 metre 10cm at the shallow end and 1 metre 90cm at the deep end. The nearest bar/caf�/restaurant is Oriq which is 4.5kms from Casa da Avo. Modelo, a large supermarket is 13.5kms in Silves.
