Overview

Setubal has a coastline with over 13 kilometres of excellent wide sandy beaches and quiet zones.
The River Sado is an emblematic symbol of the city where dolphins still swim. The Arrábida range, a protected area integrated into the Arrábida Natural Park, is considered to be one of the most beautiful places in Portugal.

The house is located in the city center of Setubal, in a walking distance to the main actractions: restaurants, bars, supermarket, and 15 minutes walking to the Ferry Boat that goes to the beach. The price of the ferry ( to go and to come back ) is 2,20 euros.
There are other beaches in Setubal and they can be reached by bus, bike or car.
The house has 2 double bedrooms.
Fully furnished living room with cable-tv, cd-player and radio.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4 ring stove, freezer, fridge, toaster, washing machine and all the kitchen accessories.
There is one clean and recently renovated bathroom.
The house also has a terrace with table, chairs, parasol and a barbecue where you can enjoy a nice meal and the Setubal sun.
All the linen and towels are provided.

Location & area

Setúbal is bathed by the river Sado: its estuary has been declared a natural reserve where many birds are found near areas of water and mud flats and dried out lagoons, and also a species of dolphins known locally as "roazes". From there, visitors can also drive to Serra da Arrábida, a wild and beautiful natural park enclosed in a small range of mountains, with an astonishing beach of clear waters beneath: Portinho da Arrábida.
