Overview

Casavela is situated on the highest point of the Sao Rafael/Casavela and has extensive sea views, private gardens with swimming pool and a roof terrace.

This property has 4 bedrooms all with en-suite with 3 rooms having double beds and 1 room with twin beds. The master bedroom also has a sofa-bed which will sleep an additional 2 people.

There are terraces at each level with all having panoramic and unobstructed sea views and mountain views (to the North).

Casa Vela comes complete with an all-year-round maid service providing a hotel equivalent stay for a fraction of the price. The swimming pool is maintained to a high level and during the peak season months is managed on twice weekly basis.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with all modern conveniences including cooker, hob dish-washer, professionl espresso machine and a washing machine.

The villa is a 5 minute walk from the loca beach (and it really is only 5mins walk) which is very secluded and has a very nice fish restaurant actually on the beach.

Casavela also has the following - driveway to accommodate up to 8 cars, a barbecue, Satelite television with full access to all UK channels and is a fully alarmed property
