Attractively furnished throughout, the accommodation is all on one level and consists of a spacious lounge/dining area, second sitting area, fully equipped modern kitchen, two double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms, twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and another twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room.
Patio doors lead from the lounge to the spacious garden, BBQ and pool area. The terrace that surrounds the pool is part shaded and there is ample terrace furniture.

The villa stands in a plot of 10.000 square meters. In addition the to lawn area surrounding the pool there is an extensive lawn area to the rear of the villa which is an ideal area for children to play. The garden is fully enclosed and accessed via double automatic gates for added security.
