This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse nicely decorated, is situated on the private & gated condominium of Vila dos Principes, in Praia D'El Rey Golf & Beach Resort, sharing three large heated swimming pools and the beautiful calm gardens. The master bedroom on the first floor with two single beds, has its own bathroom and a balcony overlooking the garden. The second bedroom, on the ground floor has also two single beds and bathroom is just next door. The living/dining room, opening directly to exterior patio, have 2 sofas, satellite TV, DVD player, Hi-fi, table and seats for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. On the exterior patio, there are table and seats for 4 people, 2 sun loungers with small table, and a barbeque.
