This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse is situated just 3 minutes walking from the Hotel and the beach. The townhouse enjoys of a splendid view between the green of the golf course and the blue of the Atlantic Ocean. Three of the bedrooms are on the first floor, all with double beds and balconies, two of them with golf views and the third one to house front. The fourth bedroom is on ground floor and has the bathroom just next door.
The spacious living/dining room has a fireplace, sofas, satellite TV, DVD player, Hi-fi, table and chairs for 8 people. The exterior patio is accessed directly from the living/dining room, where you can find the barbeque area, and outside furniture as well as 4 sun loungers. The infinity swimming pool is just a few meters away, and it can be accessed through the communal gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, cattle, toaster & coffee maker and has access to a small patio.
