This apartment situates near the entrance of the Praia D'El Rey Resort, just 3 minutes walking from the tennis courts and 5 minutes from the Clubhouse. Nicely furnished, with two bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1WC, this apartment on the first floor, enjoys of a great view of the 7th green from its two private balconies. The master bedroom with a double bed, and a large fitted wardrobe, opens on to 2 balconies, one of them overlooking the golf course. The second bedroom has two single beds and a large fitted wardrobe. The living/dining room is very bright, with the sun coming in from the doors opening onto large balcony.
