Overview

This townhouse is situated in a dead end road at Burgo Dom Joao, right next to the golf course and shares beautiful gardens and a large swimming pool. It's a very light and spacious townhouse, very well equipped and furnished enjoying of lovely views to its gardens and the golf course. The bedrooms are all on the 1st floor. It has one master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and two bedrooms with double beds sharing a 2nd bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the large terrace with view to the quiet garden. On the ground floor you will find the dining area with a very useful kitchen hatch, and a spacious living room with French doors opening to the patio area, where you can find the barbeque area. The kitchen is completely equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dish washer, washing machine and fridge. Here you will be able to relax and enjoy a splendid time with family and friends. Located on the Silver Coast, the west region of Portugal, at about 50 minutes from Lisbon airport, Praia D'El Rey Marriott Golf & Beach Resort that has been recently nominated for Portugal's Leading Resort award at the World Travel Awards 2008, has a lot to offer! Long sandy beaches, with amazing cliffs on one side and pine tree forests on the other one.
