This villa nicely decorated, set in a quiet area of Praia D’El Rey has 4 bedrooms (sleeping 7 people), 3 en-suite bathrooms and a single shower room. Two of the bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, are on first floor and share a large sun terrace perfect for sunbathing. The other two bedrooms are on ground floor one with 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom, with direct access to pool area, and the other one with 1 single bed. The very bright living room opening out onto pool and garden, has 2 leather sofas, LCD TV, Hi-fi and DVD player. The dining area has table and seats for 8. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Outside you will find a heated swimming pool, with beautiful landscaped gardens, a barbeque and all necessary furniture as sun loungers, table and seats for eight.
