This lovely 2 bedroom townhouse is set in beautiful gardens in which the weir pool is the central feature. The living accommodation is on the first floor to take advantage of the views to gardens and the sea beyond. The living room patio doors open onto a south facing balcony with outside dining furniture. The room is furnished with two sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed for a fifth and sixth person if needed, satellite TV & DVD player and a log burner which makes this house a ideal base for an out of season stay. There is small cloakroom and a modern dining kitchen with full cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped with small appliances, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Another small balcony, which overlooks the town to the west and enjoys the evening sun, leads off the kitchen. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the second with a double bed. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes and there is a safe in the double room too. Patio doors from this room open onto a small terrace, which leads into the gardens and the pool area. There are plenty of sun loungers for relaxing on and as the house is on one end of the crescent, there is also a small, very private, lawned area to the side. The entire garden area is fenced and gated making this a particularly suitable location for families with young children. Everything you could want is within a 5 minute drive or a 10-15 minute walk. There is a good local supermarket, plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars, a large sandy beach with water sport facilities and several golf courses to choose from within 10 to 30 minutes drive.
