The development is 5 minutes drive to the local shopping center called Algarve shopping, it is also located 5 minutes drive from the large water park known as Aqualand, a further 5 minutes up the road is a the other water park known as Slide and splash. Both a fantastic day out for all ages. Recently being build is the newest golf course 5 minutes from the property known as Amendoeira, due to be open in 2008. If golf is what your looking for then this property is 10 minutes drive from Carvoiero. The closest beach is 3 kms away called the Praia Grande, the longest sandy beach in the Algarve. For the sports enthusiast there is the Salgados Golf Course within 4 kms and all the water sports you can think of. If you like clubbing head for, Armacao de Pera 4 kms South to the coast. Here you will find the best selection of restaurants, bars and clubs the Algarve has to Offer. Then we have Albufeira hot spots just 15 minutes drive away.
