Overview

Placed at 15 minutes north the city of Oporto, the Quinta do rio guarantees a dream environment. You will find a small farm with 20.000 m2 area, located by the Sousa River and a whole lot of rare beauty places. Within an historical and cultural area, you will find the place for holidays and weekends that you have always dreamed off, on the country side and where the silence is only interrupted by the whisper of the birds and a beautiful waterfall. Quinta do Rio has three suites where you can enjoy all the comfort of the modern life, including a small kitchen, where you can cook your own meals. You also will find a comun kitchen and a living room where you can enjoy pleasant moments. On the entire farm you can enjoy many moments of a pleasure and relaxation on the swimming pool, on the putting green, rowing in the river and even participate in barbecues. It's a divine place that brings you all the joys of the country life. Come and find out. This house has the particularitity to be rented by room because all divisions of the house have access to exterior and are not connected between itself. The house has an ideal capacity for 6 persons but be able to reach maximum capacity of 8 (more 50€ per person/week - sofa bed). One cleaning per week and house linen. A refundable damage deposit of 200 euros would be necessary. This deposit should be payed at the arrival and will be returned at the end of your stay (if there were no damages). Booking conditions: 30% for reservation.
