Overview

This huge property has style and a luxurious atmosphere, set in lovely gardens it offers comfort and peace, a place where famous stars have stayed.....Jim Kerr from Simple Minds and Bono from U2 are just two of the many!
On the ground level there are 3 bedrooms en suite, each with its own direct access to terrace/pool.
Also on the ground level is another bedroom en suite which is part of the villa but can be used as a separate annex.
On the first level the entrance hallway leads to a large sitting room steps to dining room, kitchen, utility room, W.C, and two en suite bedrooms.
On the top level there are two large bedrooms en suite both with a dressing area.
The garden has a grassed area with fruit trees, a large heated swimming pool, heated children's pool, badminton court, BBQ area with full kitchen, oven, fridge, dishwasher etc.
There is also garden with a Jacuzzi for 6 people where you can take in the relaxing view.
At the front of the villa ample private parking accessed through electrically controlled gates.

Location & area

Praia da Luz ("Light Beach") is a beach located about 3km from Lagos (Algarve, Portugal). It is a holiday beach for many Portuguese, English, French and German people. Praia da Luz is an intermediate size beach with two disctinct zones: the fine, clean and white sand characteristic of Algarve beaches and the �rock zone�, where you can lay down too or look at the beautiful Mother Nature creations. The water is clean and transparent but the temperature is somewhat variable.
