On the 3rd floor of a 4 story building, highly located, you will be able to enjoy Lisbon's unique bright sunlight and a view of the Castle St. Jorge.
You will be living in a peaceful neighbourhood, privilegely located just a few meters away from Lisbon's Grand central Boulevard (Avenida da Liberdade), known as the site of the grandest 5 star hotels and most exclusive designer shops in the city.
Either go for a peaceful afternoon stroll in Lisbon's Botanical garden, just a couple of minutes away, where you will find one of Europe's largest collection of sub-tropical Vegetation or walk 5 minutes in the other direction to Lisbon Downtown (Baixa), where you will discover a new refreshing shopping experience in the unique boutiques and shops of Lisbon.

Right next to "Baixa", and leading up to "Bairro Alto", you will find the "Armazens do Chiado" and several well known international shops like Zara, Stradivarius, Oysho, Massimo Dutti, Pull and Bear, Bershka, etc... along with more luxurious names like Cartier, Hermes, and the Portuguese fine porcelain shop, Vista Alegre.

Next to the apartment, take the stairs that lead up to "Principe Real" and you will find yourself at the top side of Bairro Alto, the most appealing cultural centre of the city, with its innumerous range of restaurants, fado houses, cafes and bars. In addition to its bohemian nightlife, the Bairro Alto is also known for its funkier, trendier shops, artists galleries, second-hand stores, tattoo parlours and all kinds of unconventional merchants.

All this, in just a few minutes walking distance!

By the way, right next to the apartments are two Enoteca Wine Cellars & Tasting Bars, several portugues and international restaurants and just 100m down the street next to "Praca da Alegria" you will find the famous Portugues Jazz location "Hotclub Portugal"
