i'm offering an apartment to rent for vacations in lisbon.
The apartment is situated in the historical Alfama district. the S. Apolonia International Train Station is a walking distance of only 2 minutes. There are also some city bus lines that stop at less than 50 meters from the door.

Right where alfama begins, you need just to step out of the door to start wandering in one of the oldest areas of Lisbon. This is the place that everyone comes to see when visiting the city.

The building itself is one of the most ancient in Lisbon, it was built 350 years ago as a residence for a marquis, it has survived the 1755 big Lisbon quake, and was split in parts to make individual apartments in the beginning of the 20th century. The apartment is completely remodeled, although the ancient look has been preserved, so it appears you are living in the 19th century with all the commodities of the 21th.

the apartment is fully equipped (kitchen, washing machine, etc), there is bradband internet, dvd and tv too. the house can accommodate a couple in the bedroom, and an extra couple in a sofá-bed in the living room. a minimum stay of 3 days is required. the price is 70€/day for a couple, plus 30€ each additional person. more details upon contact.
