Overview

This property offers several accommodations:
- a 1-bedroom apartment T1-A which can be increased with 1 more bedroom and becomes a 2-bedrooms apartment T2
- a 2-bedrooms apartment T2, which is basically the 1-bedroom apartment T1-A with 1 more bedroom with a "en suite" bathroom
- a 1-bedroom apartment T1-B, with living/kitchenette, bedroom & bathroom
- a 3- or 4-bedroom apartment T3 or T4: these are a combination of the apartments T2 and T1-B (without the living/kitchenette part), in case of the T3, or T2 and complete T1-B (living/kitchenette equipped with beds), in case of the T4. Either T3 or T4 feature a dishwasher.
Occupation by different reservations at the same time are possible only for either apartments T1-A and T1-B or T2 and T1-B. T3 or T4 are available only while none of T1-A, T2 or T1-B are rented.
During August, only T3 or T4 is available.This property is situated away from the centre of Lagos, in a very rural and quiet area. The closest beach at Porto de Mós is at about 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. The beach Maia Praia, one of the longest sandy beach in the Algarve, is at about 15-20 minutes by car.
The apartment T1-B has main access through this nice lawn area where it is possible to relax quietly.
The entrances to the apartment T1-A (or T2). There is enough space in front for two cars. Stairs at the righthand side (out of picture) give access to a large roof terrace.
T1-A / T2:The 1-bedroom apartment T1-A sleeps up to 4 people (2 adults, 2 children). The living room is very cosy and comfortable. It has direct access to the exterior.
The left door belongs to the bathroom and the kitchen is behind the right door. On the lefthand side (out of picture) there is the bedroom.
The kitchen, made in rustic style, is fully equipped with an electric coffee maker, micro-wave, gas stove & oven, toaster, juice press, mixer and washing machine. It also has direct access to the exterior with a barbecue.
The bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside lockers, 1 wardrobe with 4 doors and another one in the wall, 1 chest of 4 drawers.
The bathroom is very spacious and includes: bathtub, bidet, toilet, washbasin with mirror.
T2:The 2-bedrooms apartment is a combination of the T1-A with 1 more bedroom with "en suite" bathroom. It sleeps up to 6 people (4 adults, 2 children).
The bedroom's features include: 1 double bed, 1 bedside locker, 1 wardrobe with 4 doors in the wall and 1 little bench.This bathroom is completely private and access is given only through this bedroom. It includes the most modern equipment, like a bathtub with hydro-massage.
T1-B: This apartment is suitable for up to 4 people (2 adults, 2 children). The kitchen corner, which is integrated in the living, includes: gas cooker with 3 burners and 1 electrical plate, microwave, toaster, fridge with freezer, table with 4 chairs. There is a washmashine outside in a covered corner.
The living room part includes 2 armchairs, 1 Morrocan sofa (can be used as bed), 1 TV set. The living/kitchenette has 2 windows and 1 door giving access to the outside, further to the interior door which leads to the hall and the rest of the apartment.
The bedroom features 2 single beds or (on request) 1 double bed, 1 wardrobe with 4 doors (2 with mirrors) and 2 drawers, 1 bedside locker with 1 lamp.
This bathroom includes 2 wash basins with large mirror and a modern bathtub.
T3 / T4:The 3-bedroom apartment T3 is a combination of the apartments T2 and T1-B, without its living/kitchenette part. It sleeps up to 8 people, 6 adults and 2 children.The T4 is completed with this last bedroom which is situated at the living/kitchenette part of T1-B. It can be supplied with either 1 or 2 single beds or 1 double bed. There is a large wardrobe in the hall.
The swimming pool:In front of the property there is a swimming pool for exclusive use by the guests of the Vivenda Marcelo's apartments. The pool is well protected from the wind by quite high walls. Safety for children is ensured as the access key is handed over to the parents.
The property as well as the pool nicely fit into the lovely countryside with views to the sea, where the closest beach Porto de Mós is located.
Thanks to the excellent situation it is possible to enjoy the sun nearly during the whole day.
