Overview

This fantastic luxury villa is located in a totally quiet residential area of Lagos, within 10 minutes walking distance from beaches like "Praia D. Ana" and "Praia do Camilo", as well as about 15 minutes from the centre of the old town. The villa features 2 independent apartments, one with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, the other with 1 bedroom on the first floor, allowing totally up to 6 people to sleep very comfortably. Air-condition, floor heating for the colder winter months are included high standard.

There are 2 barbecues, a large swimming pool, sunloungers, outdoor tables & chairs and a big parasol. Modern ecological energy use is an integrated part of the villa.
Also, the ground floor is fully suitable for disabled people in wheelchairs.

T1 (1-bedroom):
The living room is furnished in bright & vivid colors and includes: sofa (2 seats), armchair, 2 low centre tables, high sideboard, bookshelf, dining table with 4 chairs, LCD TV screen (SAT) and large windows on full height.
The very cosy bedroom features: large double bed with 2 individual mattresses, 2 bedside lockers, 2 reading lamps, large standalone wardrobe with 4 doors, armchair, low centre table, standalone reading lamp, office desk & chair, full height window.
The high quality kitchen fittings include: electric hob (vitroceramic) with exhaust hood and oven (includes microwave), dishwasher, fridge / freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glasses, cutlery, as well as all necessary kitchen utensils.
The bathroom's sanitary installations are: washbasin with mirror & lights, WC, shower cabin.
T2 (2-bedrooms):The very spacious living / dining area features: comfortable sofa (2 seats), 2 armchaires, 1 extra seat, low centre table, office desk & chair, high sideboard, several lamps, fireplace, LCD TV screen (SAT), air condition.The dining area offers: dining table, 6 chairs, 2 lampsThe high quality kitchen fittings include: electric hob (vitroceramic) with exhaust hood and oven (includes microwave), dishwasher, fridge / freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glasses, cutlery, as well as all necessary kitchen utensils. Other accessories: iron and ironing board. There is a central vacuum cleaning installed, not only in the kitchen but in the whole villa.
The main entrance opens into the hall which gives access to the living/dining area and kitchen, to a guest bathroom as well as to the bedrooms.
The guest bathroom is equipped with following sanitary installations: washbasin with mirror & light, WC, shower cabin. A door leads outside.The lilac bedroom has a large double bed with 2 individual mattresses, 2 bedside lockers, 2 reading lamps.
It includes also an office desk with chair, a large mirror with light, an armchair, large wardrobe with sliding doors, as well as 3 window doors leading outside.
The second hall gives access to the lilac and the red bedroom, to the large bedroom's bathroom, as well as back to the entrance hall.
Following equipments are included in the bedroom's bathroom: washbasin with mirror & lights, storage cabinets & wooden surfaces, bidet, WC, shower cabin and also a washing machine. There is a window door leading outside.
The red bedroom has following furniture: large double bed with 2 individual mattresses, 2 bedside lockers, 2 reading lamps, office desk with lamp & chair, armchair, extra large fitted wardrobe with 6 big sliding doors, 2 of them with mirrors. Large window doors give access outside.
Exterior / Pool / Barbecues: The exterior of the "Villa Lua Cheia" offers many extras: there is a large swimming pool with an outdoor shower, storage room with sunloungers, outdoor tables & chairs, as well as a very large parasol with extra heavy feet. There are greens with plants and flowers.
Around the villa many tiled surfaces are inviting to take sunbaths at any time of the day. In front of the living / dining area at the ground floor a barbecue allows to spend enjoyable dinners.
The stairs are leading to the first floor with its 1 bedroom apartment. A very large terrace in front of the apartment features also a barbecue.
A big parking area behind a gate (with key) for two cars is part of "Villa Lua Cheia"; right after there is a big terrace with access from the lilac bedroom and the big bathroom.
