Overview

Accommodation consists of: two seperate double-bedroom's, bathroom with bath / shower and bidet, living room with dining and sitting areas, TV and radio, and fully equipped kitchenette with washing machine, dish washer, microwave, etc. All bedding and linen is provided, but beach towels should be brought with you. Train station, bus station, and taxis are all available so no car is needed. We can also arrange a private two-way 'Airport Transfer Service' if required. A typical character apartment in the historical centre of Lagos !

Cleaning / laundry provided weekly. The apartment can be rented All year round..... With easy access to top Golf Courses in the region.

* Payment is required in Euros as agreed by the owner.
* A Deposit of 30% is required at time of Booking to Confirm Reservation, with the balance of 70% to be paid 8 weeks before arrival, unless by prior agreement. Payment is by transfer directly to the owners bank account.
Check-In is after 15.00 hrs on Arrival Day, and Check-Out is by 12.00 hrs on Departure Day. We reserve the right to Refuse any Reservation requests at our own discretion.
* The letting of the property on this web site is intended solely for short term residential purposes of a special transitory nature specifically self catering accommodation in accordance with article 1095, no 3 of the Portuguese Civil Code.
