This superb five star apartment is situated on the Boavista Golf Resort and overlooks part of the Golf Course. It is located in the Western Algarve just five minutes from Lagos and Praia da Luz. The 18 hole, par 71 championship course is one of the premier golf courses in the Algarve, with a lake featuring a stunning fountain, palm trees and breathtaking views of Lagos bay and surrounding Monchique mountains. The resort offers an unrivaled range of leisure and sporting opportunities to suit all ages and tastes.

Interior:
This superb 2-bedroomed apartment is in 1st floor, a prime, private location, on the luxurious Boavista Golf Resort. It has fantastic and peaceful balcony views, overlooking part of the golf course, with Lagos Town and the sea in the distance. The apartment has been fully refurbished and has a high quality standard of furniture and decoration including fully tiled bathrooms (1 en-suite) and air conditioning (cooling / heating) throughout. Hi-fi, Sky TV and DVD with plasma TV in the master bedroom, fully fitted kitchen.

There are electric shutters on all windows, security safes in both bedrooms and a bed sofa in the lounge, sleeping for a maximum of 6 adults.

Spacious lounge/dining room includes dining table and chairs for 6 people. TV with SKY package, Portuguese channels etc., DVD, Hi-Fi system, coffee table 2 x sofas (one of which is a double sofa bed) and air-conditioning (cooling/heating). Patio doors lead on to south facing balcony overlooking part of the golf course.
The fully fitted kitchen includes electric hob (vitroceramic) and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils.

The master bedroom features twin beds, bedside lockers, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe and wall mounted plasma TV (SKY package, Portuguese channels etc.) with air conditioning (cooling/heating). Access to the balcony.

The second bedroom includes twin beds, bedside locker, wardrobe and air-conditioning (cooling/heating).

The main bathroom is fully tiled
and offers bathtub with shower,
washbasin fitted storage cabinet,
mirror with light, WC and bidet.

Exterior:
The south facing balcony has fantastic views, overlooking part of the golf course, Lagos town and the sea in the distance.

There is patio furniture and a parasol on the southerly aspect balcony. The apartment is surrounded by well kept gardens with lush lawns and beautiful flowers and plants.

The Boavista Resort features among others a children playground, pools (adults / children) and tennis courts.

Other facilities:
Golf: There is a fantastic 18-hole championship golf course at the Boavista Resort, which hosts the annual Sir Henry Cooper/Mike Reid Charity Golf Classic each May. Stars such as Dennis Waterman, Stan Boardman, Kevin Whately, Willie Thorne, Dickie Davies and Jimmy Tarbuck have appeared in previous years.
All guests receive a 25% discount of standard course fees and a 10% discount on any purchases from the club shop or clubhouse bar and restaurant.
The golf academy and driving range are also there to help practice your skills from putting and chipping to pitching and driving. There is also the splendid golf clubhouse to retire to where a restaurant and bar serve a range of traditional Portuguese and European cuisine.

Coast/Beach: 5 - 10 minutes drive to any of the many beaches at Lagos and 5 minutes drive to the lovely beach at Luz.

Travel: Faro airport is just a 50 minutes drive and Boavista is located just off Junction 1 of the A22, between Lagos and Luz.
