Overview

Enjoy the very large balcony of this 2-bedroom apartment (2 or 4 people), a penthouse at the 4th and last floor of the building. There are a lot of no cost parking places right in front of it and shops, restaurants, bars, etc., are at few minutes walking distance. The closest beach is at 10 minutes walking distance.

The living room features two 2-seats sofas, a low rectangular table, a standing and wall lamps. The living is combined with the dining room and it has access to the large balcony through big sliding window doors.

The dining room is equipped with a table and four chairs, bookshelves with a mini-stereo (radio, CD, tape) as well as a small low table with a TV set (Portuguese and English channels).

The kitchen contains a cooker with 3 gas burners & 1 electrical plate, with gas oven, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, Italian espresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker and a lot of storage cabinets containing dishes, glasses, as well as all necessary utensils. There is direct access to the balcony, where a washing machine is available inside a small room.

The first bedroom features two single beds, a bedside locker with lamp, as well as a large 3-door wardrobe and access to the large balcony is given through big sliding window doors.

The bathroom has outside access and contains a bathtub with shower and curtain, bidet, washbasin with mirror, toilet and sliding windows on the balcony.

The second bedroom offers a double bed, two bedside lockers with lamps, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The bathroom is "en suite". Access to the large balcony is given through big sliding window doors.

The bathroom of the second bedroom is a private "en suite" type. It contains washbasin with lightened mirror, bathtub with shower and curtain, bidet, toilet and sliding windows on the exterior.

The balcony of this apartment is very large with access from the kitchen, living/dining room and bedrooms. There are a big oval table with 4 chairs, one round table with 2 foldable chairs and 4 sunbeds.
