Overview

This 1-bedroom apartment is located at the last floor (4th) of a building with elevator. It is at about 500 metres from the centre of Lagos. All the restaurants, shops, bars etc. are within few minutes walking distance. The closest beaches as well are within about 500 metres distance. Public parking available.
The view over Lagos and the beach Meia Praia is spectacular.

The total surface of the apartment is about 55 square metres, ideal for 2 to 3 people. The living room includes a sofabed, 2 small tables and wall shelves with TV by cable. There is also a dinner area with a table and 4 chairs. Access to the large balcony.

The bedroom is equipped with two single beds, bedside locker with reading lamp, chest of drawers, wardrobe with 2 large doors.
