Overview

This spacious 2 bedroom apartment is located at about 100 meters from the city walls of the old town of Lagos. The apartment sleeps comfortably 4 or up to 6 people.
In between the building and the city walls there is a beautiful garden with lush lawns and beautiful flowers and plants.
All the restaurants, shops, bars etc. are within few minutes walking distance.The closest beach called "Praia da Batata" is also only about 10 walking minutes away.
The living room offers 4 armchairs, a center table, a sideboard wall cabinet, a relax chair. The TV set includes over 40 cable programs.
There is also an air-condition system (hot, cold) for summer and winter season. Furthermore, 2 single beds are also available.
A bright window front gives access on the balcony. On the balcony there are table & chairs as well as an electrical barbecue grill.
From the hall turning right there are the 2 bathrooms, featuring bathtub with shower & curtain, bidet, washbasin fitted into cabinet, mirror with light, WC.
The big kitchen is equipped with gas hob & oven, 2 sinks, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffeemaker, sandwich grill, washing machine, cloth dryer, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pans, as well as many other kitchen utensils.
There is also a table with chairs. Access to the balcony through large sliding window doors.
One of the bedrooms includes a double bed with 2 bedside lockers with reading lamps, a chest of drawer with mirror, a chair, large fitted wardrobe with 3 small & 3 large doors.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds with a bedside table with reading lamp, a chest of drawers, a large fitted wardrobe with 3 large & 3 small doors. This bedroom features also air-condition system (hot, cold) for summer & winter months.
