Overview

There's a wonderful view from the living room's window of this 1-bedroom apartment, which is located on the 7th floor in the building just behind "Cafe Moinho". Right next to it there are: confectionery, hairdresser, supermarket, local market, etc. At about 200 metres you will find the hypermarket "Intermarche".

On righthand side after the entrance there is an interior bedroom.

The equipment of the kitchen includes: gas cooker and oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, cups, knives, forks, spoons, etc.

The living room is very bright and includes a small round table, a 3-seats sofa which can be converted into a double bed, 2 armchairs as well as a TV set receiving a wide range of cable channels.

The main bedroom features a wide and spacious wardrobe, 2 bedside lockers with drawers and lamps, as well as a double bed.

At the bathroom there are a washbasin with wide cabinets, a large mirror, a bathtub with shower, a bidet and a toilet.
