Three bedroom apartment (Madeira Island, Portugal) with a fantastic sea view. Located within Funchal (Piornais) area in a safe, touristic atmosphere so that you can relax and enjoy your holiday. Airport bus shuttle stop within 20m as well as public transport, easy road access to all parts of the island, including golf courses. Very well located, 15 min walk to the Madeira Forum Shopping Center, 7 min walk to the beach, very close by is the Promenade, Pharmacy, Banks, Supermarkets, Hairdresser, Cafés etc..

This apartment is on the 2nd floor (top floor) with private access. There is a parking area available (at no extra cost).
Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. Also included is the washing machine and tumble dryer.
Cable TV available. Lounge and dining area furnished (incl. sofa bed).
