Immaculate and spacious accommodation in a traditional Portuguese town-house - near the heart of Figueira da Foz on Portugal's west coast.

Apartment has five bedrooms, two w.c & shower rooms and one bath, a large dining kitchen and lounge, as well as a private sun terrace. There is ample space in this apartment for a large group or family and for larger groups there is an additional 6 bedrooms available on the 1st floor.

Location & area

The proprty is located in the old fishing quarter of Figueira da Foz - an area is full of old charm and winding cobbled streets. By day the area the area is quietly busy with architects, lawyers and their clients frequently meeting in the many small cafes in the area for leisurely lunches every day.

Being just 6 minutes walk from the centre, the location is ideal to have easy access to all the town amenities on foot.
By night the area around the house is quiet with a few cafes open and always usy with families enjoying a late coffee or beer and a natter. There is absolute peace around the house itself and a quiet night's rest is assured.

The marina is situated opposite, the fresh produce market is just a 5 minute walk away and the beach a further 2 minutes walk. Set in a quiet and traditional yet central area, this apartment offers spacious, traditional, fresh, relaxing, clean and cool accommodation at a very reasonable price

5 minutes beyond the marina is the beach which has soft golden sand and is reputedly the largest in Europe.

Figueira has many sports and evening entertainment options and is popular with mainly local Portuguese who come from all around the area to enjoy the balmy evenings and stroll amongst the streets or along the boulevard.

Figueira is surrounded by green and forested areas and access to the countryside is easy and a matter of a few minutes by either car, train, bus or bicycle.
