Just off the main road, this villa is well within walking distance to the nearest beach (Centeanes 10/15 mins), mini mercado (5 mins), restaurant/bar) (3 mins), and has excellent driving connection to all the main attractions i.e. Zoomarine, Aqualand, Slide & Splash, Algoz Zoo etc. Within 15/20 mins driving distance are several 18 hole championship golf courses. Within a few minutes walk is the very scenic 9 hole par 3 Vale de Milho golf course with it's excellent bar and restaurant. The location affords a very peaceful holiday whilst the main road is only a 1 minute drive away for all connections

Amenities & services

The front door opens up to a hallway, stairs to right take you up to the Master bedroom. This is plentiful with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, balcony with table and chairs for two, this room has air conditioning. From here are great sea views and overview of garden. The Master bedroom has an ensuite Shower room, including basin with built in vanity unit and toilet. To the left of the hallway downstairs a small WC is straight in front, to the left of this double doors open up into the Lounge/Dining area. This is a good size, with seating for 7, a sofa bed and dining for 4-6 around table. The room has a log fire, TV with Sky FTA, DVD player, CD player/Hi-Fi. The room has french sliding doors, masked with shutters that open up onto the main sun terrace. To the left of the Lounge is Bathroom, with Bath/Shower over top, Basin, Bidet and toilet. Next to this is a Bedroom with two single beds and fitted wardrobes. French doors and shutters open up onto the terrace. To the right of the Lounge is a bedroom with two single beds and fitted wardrobes. French doors and shutters open up onto the terrace. Also an enuite Shower room, with toilet and basin. Off the lounge is also the Kitchen, a good size with Gas cooker and hobs, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, sink, kettle, toaster and microwave, the back door leads off this to give a patio area gated with Washing machine locked away and maid cupboards. The main sun terrace has a table and chairs for 6 with a retractable sun shade. It leads to a two gates that separate the Swimming Pool area. The Swimming Pool is 9m x 4m, with option of being heated. There are sun loungers, a seating area for eating, a shower and a BBQ. The property has gated off road parking for two cars, mature gardens, lemons and oranges and a large plot which is fenced.
