Overview

On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large lounge/dining area with a wood fire and air conditioning. There is also a separate sitting room with a satellite TV with DVD player. The property has a large fully fitted kitchen which caters for all your self catering needs. From the Lounge there is access through large patio doors to good size terrace with BBQ and outside table and chairs.

On the first floor the property hosts a further 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All the bedrooms are a good size. There is a further terracing area from the first floor.

Outside there is a recently landscaped garden, a large terrace area around the house, table tennis and a secluded 12m by 6m pool with kiddies section.

Carvoeiro offers over a large number of restaurants, bars and shops as well as a beach and during the high season there is entertainment in the square. The beach of Centeannes is also about 15 minutes walk along to the east of the coast.
