The villa is situated a couple of minutes from Carvoeiro town center and has several excellent restaurants close by. The villa is maintained by a in house cleaner, gardener and swimming pool technician, who will ensure that your stay is trouble free. You will be greeted on your arrival by the villa manager who is available to assist you. The propery is split into two adjoing villas, with each villa having Full Satellite TV inc Films and Sport, along with a DVD & library containing over 50 films, a Sony Playstation 2 with over 25 games and a Nintendo Wii. The fact that it is split into 2 separate but adjoining villas gives the perfect opportunity for privacy when holidaying with relatives or friends.

The nearest beach is 800m away, with several others within a couple of minutes drive. There are several supermarkets within 5 minutes drive. The villa overlooks the 9 hole Vale de Milho course, or for the more challenging courses try Pestana and Gramacho 18 hole courses, just 10 minutes drive away. Enjoy tennis at Rocha Brava or take in the cliff-top walks and coastal paths nearby. The Villa is centrally located for some of the finest golf courses in the Algarve, offering the ideal location for up to 10 adults on a golfing vacation.

There are 5 Double bedrooms, all the double bedroom in the 3 bedroom villa open up to the pool. All bedrooms have air conditioning and have en-suite bathrooms. Both villas are exquisitely furnished to a very high standard with each bedroom having its own en-suite bathroom. The main living areas have an entertainment unit which comprises of :- LCD TV, DVD Player, Video, Sony Playstation 2 with games. There is also a small library of Dvds, Videos and books, as well as a computer area with Broadband & Wireless connections. There are separate eating areas, with elegant glass tables, and there are sofas and chairs in each of the lounges, as well as a fire burner. The kitchens are fully fitted with all mod cons, including an oven, grill, microwave, gas hob, fridge, freezer, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a further fold out bed available if there are more than 10 in your party, or if you wish for a child to sleep in your room.
