Located in the sunny village of Calheta, Madeira, Portugal which because of it's privileged geographical position to the beach and mountainous, has a surprisingly mild climate. The pretty village of Calheta, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, about 30 minutes west of Funchal. The village of Calheta (2 minute on foot) has a sandy bathing beach, shops, a good selection of restaurants, supermarkets, a marina where whale and dolphin watching or fishing excursions can be arranged and a new arts centre.. With a living area of 132m², this spacious house is elegantly with every conceivable requirement for a holiday in the sun. Very pleasant vacation home for 2 to 4 persons (1 Bed and a sofa bed and cradle of child)
