Situated within the picturesque fishing village of Cabanas,in Portugal's Eastern Algarve,the apartment is a 2 min stroll from the village centre and waterfront yet offers a quiet peaceful base for your holiday. Cabanas restaurants and cafes/bars offer delicious traditional Portuguese cuisine and wines at affordable prices. Cabanas beach reached by a 2 min boat ride has 3km of golden sands. Onsite facilities include use of 4 communal swimming pools, a cafe/restaurant/bar and toddler's play area. Benamor Golf Course is 1km with Quinta da Ria and Quinta da Cima golf courses 4 km. Cabanas is an ideal base for exploring the Algarve with regular train and bus services running along the coast. The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for visiting sites of historical interest such as Estoi (palace), Milreu (Roman ruins) and Castro Marim (Nature Reserve). The lovely old Town of Tavira, also known as 'the little Venice of Portugal' is 4km and Spain is just 20 mins away. Ideal for couples,young families and golfers.
