Overview

This luxury apartment is located on the edge of the relaxed fishing village of Burgau. The complex was completed to the highest standard only last year, and all modern facilities have been built in.
Burgau is home to only a few hundred locals, but there are at least a dozen restaurants within an easy walk of the apartment.
The on-site leisure club has an impressive array of facilities (including a pool, gym, steam room and jacuzzi), and the blue-flag Burgau beach is only ten minutes walk away.
To the east and west are classic Algarve honeycomb-rocked beaches. The north-south Atlantic coast - only 20 minutes away - has fabulously rugged features, with huge surfing beaches. To the north are the Monchique mountains. Within easy reach is the historic, bustling town of Lagos, with its Roman ruins, produce market and marina.

Burgau is about one hour from Faro airport, using the A22 motorway almost all the way. Lagos is only 15 minutes drive to the east. Even closer is Luz.

The apartment has two bedrooms, the master having a modern en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and underfloor heating. A sliding door gives onto the veranda.
The twin beds are extra-size. The house bathroom has a shower.



The kitchen has all the amenities of a modern apartment.
In the living room are two leather sofas, satellite TV, DVD and stereo. The veranda is accessed from the master bedroom and the living room. It faces south, catching a lot of sun, but a huge awning keep the sun at bay if you choose.



The apartment is built on a slight slope so that the veranda is two metres off the ground, and yet there is easy access - virtually at ground level - from the other side of the building.
