Overview

The coastal town of Armacao de Pera is within 5 minutes drive from the villa. Armacao de Pera has a good choice of shops, restaurants and a lovely sandy beach. There are many other beaches and coves to explore around this area of the Algarve.

The accommodation offers the following:-

The dining area leads into the comfortably furnished lounge. The glass doors open onto the covered terrace and lawned garden. The villa has both English and Dutch satellite television and a CD. The lounge area has air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

The kitchen and breakfast area is well equipped and also includes a dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob and a washing machine in the utility room.

1 double bedroom which has sliding doors opening onto the terrace with air conditioning. Fitted wardrobes.

2nd double bedroom with fitted wardrobes.

Twin bedded room with fitted wardrobes.

Mosquito screens are fitted in each bedroom.

The property is enclosed and therefore ideal for children.

The villa has lawns all around and shrubs. The covered terrace is ideal for relaxing and outside dining. A carob tree also offers shade in the garden.

The covered built in barbecue has seating and preparation surfaces.

The pool is 11 x 4.5 metres with depths of 1.20 � 1.90.

External stairs lead to a large roof terrace where you can enjoy views of the surrounding countryside and the sea in the distance.

Golf courses are within easy reach.
Approximately 45KM from Faro airport. Car hire is recommended.
