Overview
This algarve villa is centrally located on the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo, a convenient 20 minutes drive from Faro airport. It backs onto the famous 18th fairway of the Royal Golf Course and is in walking distance of a lovely sandy beach, the 'praca' with its various bars and restaurants, the Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy, the Vale do Lobo Golf Club and a children's club.
It is an attractive single storey villa which has been quite recently refurbished inside with a modern kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, an adjacent dining area, a spacious lounge with satellite television, CD and DVD player, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
Outside the private kidney shaped pool measuring approximately 9 x 4m with steps into the shallow end, is surrounded by terracing and a lovely landscaped garden with pergola and BBQ.
Maid service is included 5 times per week. Golf discounts are available on a wide range of top golf courses in the algarve, including Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago, Vilamoura, Vilasol, Tavira and San Lorenzo.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers.
