This Algarve villa is 45 minutes from Faro airport, Villa Casa Lia is set in the unspoiled hills of the Forest of Conceicao, with beautiful views of the countryside and the Atlantic.
15 minutes drive from the pretty Roman town of Tavira with its cobbled streets and excellent restaurants. We have a choice of unspoilt beaches such as Manta Rota, Ilha de Tavira, Cabanas just 15 minutes away. Children's attractions like Aqua Show and Zoo Marine are a car ride away.
The kitchen is large and well equipped and open plan with the lounge which is very comfortable with three large sofas, satellite TV (50 free view channels), DVD player, stereo.
Large separate utility room houses another fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.linebreak} Interior of villa measures 209 square metres.
All linen provided, twice weekly maid service, and our House Manager looks after the private pool.
5 golf courses within 20 mins drive of the house. Benamor is nearest.

Kitchen: Brand new oven, gas hob on island, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blender, kettle, toaster, bread making machine, breakfast bar and 2 stools. Full range of pots, crockery, utensils.
Utility Room: Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, ion and ironing board.
Living Rooms: Very spacious. Air conditioned. Two 3 seater and one 2 seater comfy sofas. Coffee table.
Satellite TV with British free view plus Portuguese TV, DVD player, stereo, wood-burner for logs.
Separate dining room with access to patio and pool. Table seats 6. Games cupboard with cards, Trivial Pursuits, and other games. Supply of holiday reading.
Maid service Saturdays and Tuesdays. House manager on call. All linen and towels provided but please bring towels for the beach.
Very much a family villa with lots of space, British and Portuguese TV, DVD player and games. Small children will need supervision at all times in the pool as it is very deep, with only a small shallow end.

he pool is 2.5 metres deep, and our house manager visits twice weekly to maintain it. The patio area is sunny but the large table, seating at least 8, is shaded. There is a speaker outside so you can listen to your favourite CDs or radio.
The barbecue is next to the pool area. We provide 6 sun loungers, a large parasol and a swing seat. The setting is tranquil with no close neighbours, no traffic noise and 360 degree views over the surrounding countryside and out to sea. Perfect peace.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
