Overview
The villa is located in Colares, a country-side small village near Portuguese historical village Sintra. It is 5 minutes away from the beach by car, 15 minutes away from Sintra by car, 30 minutes away from Cascais by car and 45 minutes away from Lisbon by car.
Sintra's historical mountain area is rich in historical castles, palaces and farm's, perfect for long and pleasant walks under the nice portuguese sun and blue skies. Several sports available in the area as well golf, horse-riding, mountain-bike, sea-sports like surf or windsurf, etc.
It has a gardened surrounding area of aprox. 2.000 m2, eight car parking area, and a swimming-pool.
It has aprox. 300 m2, distributed as follows:

From Sintra, take the road to Colares/Praia Grande/Praia das Maçãs. Drive through this road for about 15 km and you will get to the village of Colares, where you will turn right and continue on Praia Grande's direction. Drive for about 2 km on a road that goes through a pine tree forest with villas and houses on both sides of the road between the tress. Turn right on Estrada da Ribeira de Janas. This road begins with a villa with blue windows. You will know when to turn right by following the tram's rails on your right side of the road and at a certain point, the rail doubles so the trams coming on opposite ways can cross each other.
