Quinta da Boiça is a three-level building of 189 m2 and can accommodate 4-5 persons comfortably.
Ground-floor: A hall, the kitchen, the large living room / sitting area (approx 50 m2) and an independent bathroom outside.
1st floor: The smaller bedroom (approx 11 m2) and a bathroom.
2nd floor: The attic bedroom (approx 22 m2).
The Bedrooms:
The two bedrooms have twin beds.
An extra bed or a cot can be put in the attic.
There is at beautiful view from both bedrooms.
The large living-room / sitting area is the heart of the house. Here you can relax with a good book and a glass of good Portuguese wine. A sofa bed is available in the living room for a teenager or an adult.
As you can see Quinta da Boica can easily accommodate 5 persons.
Children are welcome - but have got to be looked after by the parents as there are some dangers: stairs, high walls outside the house, pond near the house (small children need constant supervising). On the other hand it is a wonderful place to run and play.
