This is a two bedroom cottage in the quaint village of Praia das Maçãs, only 12km from the exquisitely beautiful world heritage site town of SintraJust 5 minutes walk to the beach and village center, the cottage has been in the family for over 50 years, having been used as the family holiday home for three generations. It has recently undergone extensive renovations and is now completely refurbished. The house is surrounded by traditional courtyards with grape vines and flower beds - a great place for barbeque's! - completely private.It is immaculately clean and has everything you will need for the perfect base to your holiday.

Situated on the west coast of Portugal, just north of Lisbon, Praia das Maçãs is only 12km from the exquisitely beautiful world heritage site town of Sintra which boasts amongst it's major attractions, the Moorish castle and the fairy-tale like Palácio da Pena (Pena Palace). There is also easy access to Lisbon itself, the famous casino in Estoril, or the beautiful marina at Cascais. Whether on a romantic break, family or friends holiday the choices are endless both in activities and entertainment, with golden sandy beaches just a small stroll away.
