Overview

This exceptionally well equipped 4 bedroomed, 4 bathroomed villa offers superb holiday accommodation. Two of the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms and bathrooms on the upper floor allowing two families to share together while still retaining a high degree of privacy. There is a spacious upper terrace for outdoor dining and sunbathing and a lower terrace with a heated swimming pool 10m x 5m (depth 1m x 3.5m). The pool has graduating steps for ease of of access. Both entrances to the pool terrace are gated making this the ideal villa for families with young children. The villa has a built in barbecue and ample leisure furniture is provided.

The interior accommodation comprises:-

Ground Floor:

Fully fitted kitchen: very large gas range oven comprising 5 ring burner, griddle, hotplate, 2 ovens and separate grill. American style fridge freezer with ice cold bottled water dispenser in door. Washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker.

Spacious lounge/dining room, Sony satellite TV (with full Sky card), DVD and CD player. Two sets of double glass doors lead out to dining and sunbathing terrace which has gated access down to the swimming pool terrace. Magnificent views towards Silves castle from both terraces. Door out to separate barbecue terrace.

Cloakroom with wc and hand basin.

Twin bedroom with ample built in wardrobes. Double glass doors out to sunbathing terrace.

Spacious bathroom, bath with shower fitment, wc, bidet and basin.

Villa cleaning is normally twice a week.
Household linen and towels are provided. The villa has an additional travel cot and high chair.

The beautiful historic town of Silves with its cobbled shopping streets, traditional market and superb restaurants and cafes is within 10 minutes drive from the villa. The XII century Silves Castle and nearby cathedral are well worth visiting. The villa is approx 20-25 minutes drive from numerous beautiful sandy beaches and provides easy access to various golf courses. Travelling inland from Quinta Marta Luisa, the journey to the mountain town of Monchique will take approximately 30 minutes and the journey takes in some spectacular views and scenery.
