Overview

Casa Margarita a spacious three bedroomed semi-detached villa is situated in a fruit growing area between Messines and Algoz. Approximately 20 minutes drive from the coast. The property has been sympathetically renovated in a rustic style with high beamed ceilings and wooden floors on the first floor. The villa has a swimming pool with a small lawned area to either side. The garden is gated, fenced and hedged.

Sao de Bartolomeu de Messines has a good choice of traditional shops, modern supermarkets and boutiques. There is a choice of restaurants in both Algoz and Messines. The historic town of Silves is approximately 15 minutes drive from Casa Margarita.

The spacious sitting room is combined with the dining area. Patio doors lead onto the pool and sitting area.

The kitchen is well equipped.

The villa has one double and one twin bedded room on the ground floor. On the first floor a further sitting area leads into the master bedroom en suite.

There is a large sitting terrace and terracing around the pool with a built in barbecue and a small lawned area to either side of the pool. The garden is gated, fenced and hedged.
