Overview

Brand new modernly furnished three bedroom penthouse apartment with swimming pool. 2 Twin bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room and 1 double bedroom. Huge terrace with panaramic views across country, sea and the opposite coast of Cascais and Estoril. Luxurious holiday apartment for a family. Cafe's nearby and a fantastic new health club with excellent modern facilities just across the road. There is also a small childrens play area with swings and slide.
Air conditioned Penthouse apartment on the second floor of a small condominium of 15 apartments. All bedrooms are of a good size with fitted wardrobes. The lounge has 2 leather sofas Unit with TV and Hi Fi, Dining area has a granite topped dining room table with 6 chairs. Kitchen is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave oven, electric hob and oven. The terrace is huge and almost large enough to fit another 3 bedroomed apartment. It is equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers.
The apartment is situated 5 minutes away from Sesimbra, famous for it's fine golden sandy beaches, fishing port and the most amazing fish restaurants. A typically portuguese village which still has managed to keep it's charm. At night you can enjoy a drink in many of the friendly bars and clubs. Alternatively, try the bars, restaurants and clubs of nearby seaside resort of Aldeia Do Meco. Try visiting the Moorish Castle that dominates the hill above Sesimbra village, the views from here are spectacular and the church absolutely stunning. Lisbon is only 20 miles away and the airport only 25 miles ( about 40 minutes by car ) A hire car is recommended, although a taxi transfer can be arranged for you.
