RENTAL for HOLIDAYS Charming T1 apartment located in Praia da Rocha, Portimao, Algarve, Portugal, in the first line of the beach, Near everything that will make your holiday something really special, restaurants, bars, shops, markets, clubs, boutiques, casino, International Marina of Portimao, souvenir shops as well as a diversity of water sports.

The apartment has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, kitchen, bathroom and living room with dinning and sitting-rooms.

The kitchen is completely new and equipped with refrigerator, washing machine, Fridge & Freezer, toaster, microwave, and all other modern conveniences.
The bathroom has wash-basin, shower, toilet, bidet, and towels.
The living room has a sofa (which transforms into a bed for two people), TV, dining table and chairs, and all is need. The living room and the bedroom lead to a big balcony with table and chairs, and with sea/beach view.

The apartment has also a private closed GARAGE, SWIMMING POOL, a supermarket in the building's ground floor and several other convenience shops.

The PRICE changes according to the season. From 20 to 105 euros/DAY.
