Overview

This comfortable and modern apartment (81 square meters) enjoys a quiet location, slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of the large resorts. It is on the top ( third floor ) of a small apart hotel complex of just 80 apartments. The complex has three elevators and a central staircase servicing all floors.

It features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 double sofa bed), open kitchen, living/dining room with access through double sliding doors to the terrace, satellite TV and radio/CD-player, expendable dining table & 6 chairs. There is full air-conditioning (cool/warm).

The kitchen's equipment: electrical hob w/4 plates, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, table place mats, cutlery, glasses, dishes, pans etc.

Also on site there is:

There is also an 18 hole golf course (Alto Golf Club) within 10 minutes walking distance or 2 minutes by car/taxi. The apartment and resort is suitable for both families and couples. The busy nightlife of Portimao is just a ten minute car/taxi ride for those wanting a little more excitement in the evenings.
