Location & area

Casa da Calma offers a high quality, calm and relaxing family ambience. The quinta was built in the 1940s and has been renovated by the current owners who have also landscaped the gardens and added a swimming pool and sauna.



We have seven double rooms with a private bathroom, plus patio or terrace. Each of the comfortable rooms has its own unique decor and is equipped with satellite television, bathrobes, pool towels and a hair-dryer, plus a small bar where you will find everything from fruit juices to top quality wines.



A magnificent breakfast buffet is included in the daily rate. You may also order lunch or dinner in advance, as well as small snacks during the day.



The apartment is very big ( ± 150 m2) & a double bedroom, a gallery to sleep in the expansive living room, a bathroom. In the open-plan living room incorporates a kitchen, a big table, a living area with closed fireplace (wood-burning) and a sunny patio area.



Apartment clients can use all the faciities at Casa da Calma, such as the heated pool, the sauna, and gardens... excluding meals.



Close by are beautiful, sandy, and crowd free beaches from the Farol passing Armona and Tavira Islands, to Manta-Rota beach.



We can organize a host of activities for you, such as sailing/fishing tours, water-skiing, jeep safaris, horseback riding, and shopping tours to Seville or Lisbon. We also offer numerous sightseeing tours throughout the Algarve, and to places such as Andalusia in Spain. If you are interested in playing golf we can make reservations at any of the golf courses in the Algarve, as well as the courses in Spain between Isla Antilla and Ayamonte.
