Overview
House has all mod cons (being a new build in 2005). It also includes a small garden to the rear, which has built-in barbecue and shower, with 2 sun loungers. Rooms are spacious and with 2 good sized bathrooms. It is more than comfortable even when full up with 6 people. The property is east of Faro, near the Spanish border and is very easy to access from the main road. Nearby towns (10 mins by car) include Tavira and Vila Real.

Sandy beach which goes all the way to the Spanish border - extensive area and only 5/10 mins walk from the property.
Many golf courses near the property - main ones being Tavira, Castro Marim and at the local golf resorts.
40 mins easy drive from Faro airport.
Hire car recommended for ease but airport transfers can be arranged
Nearest towns/villages are all in within a 10 mins drive.
There is a cashpoint in the village (5 mins walk from property). Large sports centre in nearby Monte Gordo.

Property has air conditioning - expelling cold and hot air if necessary. The living room also has an open fire for those colder months! There is also a hairdryer in the property.
Not ideal for people with mobility problems due to staircase.
Heated outdoor pool - available April to October. This is a public pool with a small charge. It has a large pool (30m) and also a small children's pool and play area.
The pool backs onto the beach, where there are also tennis courts.
