A truly luxurious villa in semi-rural location of Jardim da Meia Praia, just 1.5km from the beautiful Meia Praia beach and a couple of minutes drive down to Lagos Marina. Ideal for families or couples.
The interior is ultra modern with wooden floors in the living areas and tiles in the bathrooms and kitchens. The whole house has been furnished to a very high standard and lots more photos are available on request.
There is a large open plan living area which will cater to your every whim with modern, comfortable furniture, large plasma TV with comprehensive Sky package (including all English channels and Sky Sports), DVD, CD, Ipod Docking Station and broadband internet connection.
Well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. The washing machine is housed in an outside utility room.
All 3 bedrooms have substantial built in wardrobe space and two of them have patio doors leading out to the pool and gardens. The second bedroom has a small sitting area with plasma TV, DVD and Ipod docking station, whilst the master bedroom has a fantastic ensuite bathroom.
Patio doors from both the living and dining area lead out to the raised terraces - one of the terraces will have an outside dining area whilst the other will have an outside sitting area.
Steps from these terraces lead down to the pool area and beautifully landscaped gardens.
Stairs at the side of the house lead up to the impressive 110 sq metre roof terrace with its beautiful views to the North of the Monchique mountains and to the South the seaviews of Meia Preia.

Location & area
Fantastic location up on the hill behind Meia Praia beach and yet just a couple of minutes drive down to Lagos marina and the Town. Palmares Golf Course is also on your doorstep.
Lagos has a daily fresh fish market, artisan shops with pottery and clothing bargains and many small craft shops. The historic old town is steeped in over a thousand years tradition. Jugglers, craft markets and artists are common in the cobbled streets
The pedestrianization of the town centre has been a major success and the town is very lively in the evenings.
With its winding streets, it retains an old world Portuguese charm and relaxing atmosphere. It's easy to sit in the marina and watch the world go by, but why not take a stroll along the beautiful waterfront or visit the nearby sandy beaches. The choice of cafes, restaurants and shopping is excellent. At night, Lagos comes alive with open air stalls and street performers.

The property is accessed via electric gates with video entrance system operated from the house.

The main entrance door is at the side of the house into a hallway which leads through to the spacious living area being open plan and furnished with 2 comfortable sofas (one of which converts to a sofa bed) and 2 chairs, flat screen TV with comprehensive Sky package (including all English channels and Sky Sports), DVD, zeppelin Ipod docking station, broadband internet connection and modern fireplace. Should you be considering a winter break there is underfloor heating throughout.
The living area is all open plan and from the lounge there is a step leading up to the dining area with a dining table for 6 and breakfast bar with stools leading across to the kitchen which has black granite worktops and stainless steel and silver appliances. The well equipped kitchen has built in fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher; there is also a washing machine in an outside utility room.
A hallway leading off the living area leads to the 3 bedrooms and 2nd bathroom.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes with plenty of space and a very chic en suite bathroom. There is a patio door leading onto a small private terrace at the back of the house with small table and chairs for 2.
The next bedroom is the largest of the three and will be furnished with a double bed, extensive fitted wardrobe space, a small sitting area with a double sofa bed, TV, DVD Player and ipod docking station. There are patio doors from this bedroom leading out to the gardens and round to pool area.
The third bedroom is to be furnished with two single beds and one pull out bed suitable for a child and also has fitted wardrobes.
All bedrooms have air conditioning.
There are patio doors from both the living area and dining area which lead out to the raised terraces where there will be an outside dining area (dining table and chairs) and outside sitting area (sofa, chairs, coffee table) with steps leading down to the pool area and down to the impressively landscaped gardens. The garden is wonderfully secure and private at it is totally enclosed with a wall and gates. The lovely kidney shaped pool is surrounded by comfortable loungers.
Stairs from the car port at the side of the house lead up to the impressive 110 sq metre rooftop terrace which will also have an outside seating area where you can enjoy the fantastic views of the Monchique mountains to the North and seaviews of Meia Preia to the South.
The house has also been equipped with a modern alarm system for your security and the security of your belongings.
