Overview

The "Villa Ana" is located in the very quiet residencial area "Moinho Azeite", with easy access from the motorway, to the centre of Lagos and many beaches, everything at only few minutes drive. The owners of the villa live at the lower ground floor, obviously with their own entrance, perfectly separate, in order to garantee the guest's privacy. An excellent place to spend holidays in peace and harmony!
The villa's front has exclusive balconies for each floor. After the main gate a path leads to the entrance door of the villa and further to the barbecue and pool area.
Next to the barbecue there are sunbeds allowing to relax after a bath in the pool. The pool area includes 8 sun beds, a sun umbrella, a big table with 8 chairs, as well as an external shower (only cold water). The pool area offers good privacy thanks to quite high walls between the neighbor villas. The front side's balconies feature views to the sea next to the beach of "Porto de Mós".
Ground floor:The spacious hall gives access on right-hand side to the living room and the kitchen, at left-hand side to the two ground floor's bedrooms.
The living room is very comfortable and furnished with a 3-seats sofa, 2 armchairs with a small centre table, another round table, as well as with a fireplace with a corner table.
Cable TV is available with more than 40 channels, a dinner table with 4 chairs and 2 seats, big sideboard. There is a window and big window sliding doors open on the balcony. Following are the large kitchen's equipments: table with 6 chairs, gas hob & oven, twin washbasins, lots of cabinets, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker. There is also an iron with ironing board.
The ground floor's hall gives also access to the main bathroom which includes: bathtub w/shower & curtain, WC, bidet, washbasin with mirror & light.
The first bedroom at the ground floor features 2 single beds, 1 bedside locker with reading lamp, fitted wardrobe with 3 doors, mirror with low table, chair. Sliding window door to the pool area.
The second bedroom at the ground floor features: double bed, 2 bedside lockers with reading lamps, mirror with table & seat, chair. Sliding window door to the pool area.
The second bedroom at the ground floor includes a private "en suite" bathroom with shower & curtain, WC, washbasin with mirror & light.
1st floor:There is a second living room at the first floor, featuring a 3 seats sofa, armchair, dining table with 4 chairs, sideboard, window. A baby bed is also available.The first bedroom at the 1st floor includes: 2 single beds, 1 bedside locker with reading lamp, mirror with low table, chair. Sliding window doors to the large balcony.The second bedroom at the 1st floor features: double bed, 2 bedside lockers, 2 lamps on the wall, armchair, chair, mirror with low table & seat, hooks and wardrobe. Sliding window doors to the large balcony.
The 1st floor's bathroom has following installations: shower w/curtain, WC, bidet, washbasin with mirror & light.
