Overview

This fantastic country property is located within a perfectly quiet area, on the hills on top of the beach Meia Praia, the longest one of Lagos with about 4 km, at 800 meters. The villa sleeps up to 5 people comfortably. On a 1000 square meter ground there are two terraces, beautiful gardens and lush lawns, as well as a pool with 11 x 5,5 meters and 1,70 m deep. Families who like to spend a relaxing holiday will love the delightful location.

The wide and comfortable living / dining room is furnished and decorated in country style and includes: sofa, 2 armchairs, small round table, cabinet, dining table, 6 chairs, sideboard, TV, CD player.

Next to the dining area there is the completely equipped kitchen: hob & oven, fridge / freezer, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pans, etc. There is also a small table and two chairs, all foldable and fixed to the wall.
The first bedroom on top of the living / dining room features: double bed, bedside lockers with reading lamps, wardrobe, cloth hanger and an Asian style armchair.

There are two other bedrooms at the ground floor: one with two single beds, the other with a single bed best suited for a child or teenager.

The bathroom includes obviously all the necessary sanitary equipments.

Outside, within 1000 square meters gardens and lawns, there are a barbecue, wood stove and a pool with 11 x 5,5 meters and 1,70 meter deep.

Casa Sagreiro is a fantastic countryside villa, on top of hill overlooking beach Meia Praia. Me and my partner staid there in September 2010 and felt we found a haven. The property has 1000 sq m ground. The garden is beautiful and well maintanined, pool and a handy barbecue area. Me and my partner staid for 15 days . The house fits 5 people (has 3 bedrooms). The mezzaninne room is super romantic and the house is perfectly decorated. Simple and tasty with a cozy feeling. Luis and Susana the owners are super friendly and available. They visit the permises during the stay making sure all is perfect and taking care of the site. Luis took us to fish, prepared a local meal and grilled fish for us , being one of the best local guides of the region pointing places to visit and eat.Susana always ensure the house is welcoming and that we feel at home. Casa Sagreiro has that warm fealing and is a pearl in the Algarve on a touristic but still quiet area for the region. The price is also great for your own villa with swimming pool and parking. There is also a golf course about 20 minutes walk with amazing views and little trecks to explore. We will definetly come back and bring some friends with us. I would definetly recommend this villa.
