Overview

Casa Teodora is situated within easy walking distance from the restaurants at Monte Carvoeiro and is a 5 minute drive away from the Carvoeiro village centre and beach. The villa is very private, with extensive, well-tended gardens, gated private access, a circular driveway and garage port. The front entrance leads through the foyer into a large, sunny dining room and a spacious, comfortably furnished lounge with satellite TV and video, each with patio doors leading to the outdoor barbecue terrace. The new, fully fitted kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker and microwave, and leads out to the huge built-in barbecue area and a beautiful and very private 11 metre pool. Three twin bedrooms all ensuite are on the ground floor, and stairs lead up to the spacious master double bedroom with ensuite shower room and its own private, large breakfast terrace with good sea views.Maid service is 5 times a week. The gardens are tended twice a week, and the pool is cared for weekly.
